For over 20 years, Primewoodwork has designed and built quality custom furniture and architectural millwork for private residences and businesses throughout New York City. What started as a small workshop has grown into a trusted name behind some of Manhattan’s most demanding interiors without ever outsourcing a single step of the process.

Primewoodwork (Primewoodwork by PW Style LLC) is a design-build millwork studio specializing in high-quality, handcrafted custom furniture and cabinetry. Our work lives in private residences, corporate suites, hospitality spaces, and medical and dental offices across the New York area — from custom closets and kitchens to reception desks, wall paneling, and museum-quality furniture pieces.
Every project starts and ends at our own facility — design, CNC fabrication, hand-finishing, and assembly are all done in-house, by our own team. Nothing is subcontracted. When a client chooses Primewoodwork, they’re choosing full control over quality, from the first sketch to final installation.
Our dedicated crew of master craftsmen combines traditional woodworking skill with modern technology and precise communication — a balance that lets us take on projects at the scale and standard that Manhattan’s most demanding spaces require, while still delivering the individual attention of a small studio.
Our Bogota, New Jersey facility isn’t just a workshop — it’s also our showroom. By appointment, clients can see and touch real finishes, hardware, and kitchen and closet modules before committing to a design.
We primarily serve Manhattan and the New York City boroughs, along with New Jersey, from our facility in Bogota, NJ. We’re happy to discuss projects in the greater Tri-State area as well.
Everything — design, CNC fabrication, finishing, and installation — is done by our own team at our New Jersey facility. We don’t outsource any part of the process.
Timelines vary by scope, but most residential projects move from design to installation within a few weeks to a few months, depending on materials, complexity, and site conditions. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during your consultation.
